squidooIf you have not tried growing your home based business yet through Squidoo, you don’t know what you are missing. Squidoo.com is one of the newer social networking sites modeled after MySpace and Facebook but unlike those two it encourages the marketing of products and services. Advertising of websites is not only permitted but it is encouraged.

Right now on Squidoo you can find hundreds of different articles on hundreds of different subjects. The material is grouped by category helping the Squidoo follower get right to whatever they are looking for. The categories include; books, travel, music, business, health and medicine, tv and movies, shopping and many more. Say for example you want to plan a road trip. Squidoo has an article on how to do that which includes links to possible destinations, attractions and places to stay. See how easy it can be to generate possible leads for your company.

The key to using Squidoo is to create a lens which will be used by Squido followers to be directed to your product or service. The first step is to sign up for a free account. It is a good idea before setting up your lens to check out some of the others on Squidoo. When you are ready to set up your own lens, click on the Make A Lens box and begin. First, you will be asked what you want to do with your lens. Next, you will fill in the URL for your website and pick a category that you would like your lens to fall under. Add some key search words for your lens and fill out your profile.

Squidoo calls the pages lenses because each is to focus on something that is important to the creator. They estimate a half million people visit the site each day, all potential buyers of your product or service. Once you start your lens, you are asked to fill out the first module which is an introduction to you and your subject. You then have the option to set up a guestbook for visitors and a section to link to similar sites. Squidoo even gives you a money making option where you can recommend other products that may tie in with yours and for every purchase that is made you can pick up a commission. The final step to creating your Squidoo lens is to click on the publish button and get started letting the website go to work for you.

magnetic-logoMike Dillard has been raised up as an Internet marketing guru and slapped down as a top notch scam artist. At 29, Dillard found himself waiting tables, struggling to survive, and searching for the American Dream. During those struggles, Dillard found his niche, and brought Magnetic Sponsoring to life. The new venture in Magnetic Marketing made Dillard a millionaire in just 18 months.

According to Dillard’s blog (www.mikedillard.net/blog), he travels the world in search of adrenaline pumping activities. Dillard went racing in Baja with Jesse James of West Coast Choppers, Zero Gravity flying with Tony Hawk, and then on to Aspen for other heart pumping action. Then Dillard is zipping to the other side of the world to meet Jimmy Davis of the Thesis Institute to get in shape for an action role like movie stars do. Would you like to join Davis in his jet-set, adventuring lifestyle?

While Magnetic Sponsoring makes no claims to give you the same lifestyle that Dillard enjoys, it does claim to share the secret of multilevel marketing with you. Magnetic Sponsoring is a time-tested, income proven method of building your down line, the true income in MLM businesses.

Dillard started a MLM business when he was 25. He followed the old plans, went to meetings, and bought expensive leads to try to build a down line; all to no avail. One day a colleague shared a secret with Dillard on how to have potential down line members coming to Dillard. The secret was tried, and Dillard went from rags to riches in four months.

Dillard thought this was a onetime occurrence. To test his theory, Dillard taught a few members of his down line, and found that they enjoyed similar successes. Using the Internet, you learn how to attract people interested in MLM marketing already. There is no bothering your friends, your neighbors, or the gas station attendant. Prospects ready to enter into MLM careers are paying you to show them the secret to success in this business.

Where Dillard is heading to next may be unknown, but following Magnetic Sponsorship may just allow you to follow him where ever he goes. There is a secret to success, and Mike Dillard claims that he can teach this to you, and help you enjoy your piece of the American Dream: financial freedom.

Blogging For Your Home Network Business

blog-brand2-300x211Your home networking business relies on visibility.  The more people you talk to and the more people who come to your site, the bigger your down line can become.  There are various ways to bring more people to your site to learn about what you do.  The best ways are the ones that do not cost money.  Blogging is one such way to bring more traffic to your site and increase your business revenue.

Blogging is a great way to increase visibility. Through blogging you can entice more people with a less sales pitchy vibe.  Blogging can be fun and informative, giving your potential new clients more info about what you do.  If the blogs are consistent and interesting you can acquire more and more readers.

A blog reflects you as an individual and is a sophisticated sales letter that promotes an idea, a product or an author per say. It has the ability to create an everlasting image in the mind of a reader and is a great medium to connect with a targeted audience. The broad reach that blogging has is one of the reasons why big companies are using blogs to promote their companies.

The blog gives human touch to the interface between you and the potential client. The medium has an almost instant response time and the potential customer can directly interact with you and existing clients as well as users of the product, to sort out his queries and doubts.  This increases his chance of joining you.

Blogging also promotes an idea or viewpoint. If you have an idea or a strong viewpoint, a blog can help you connect with millions of people worldwide who are followers of your idea. It is not, in literal sense, a sales letter but it acts like one. You can express your strong views, and invite people to subscribe or follow your blog.

Treat every post within your blog as a sincere and genuine testimonial to your business and product. Write a catchy title, keep it short and simple, do not use too many technical terms as your audience might not be familiar with them, and attract attention by giving real life instances.

A home business is a way to make money from home, avoiding a commute to an office and avoiding office politics.  If you manage it correctly and bring enough traffic to yourself, you can make some great money in the comfort of your own home.

The Un-Sales Pitch For Your Home Networking Business

Sales Pitch copyPeople are turned off by sales pitches.  They can smell a pitch coming at them from a mile away.  And typically they run as quickly as they can.  No one wants to be pitched a product with a hard sell.  It invades their space and time.

A better approach is the un-sales pitch.  It involves educating the consumer, providing information and creating buzz.  When a visitor comes to your site and inquires about a your business and how to get involved, instead of launching into a typical sales pitch, you want to engage them on the site, and find out what their goals are.  You intend to build a relationship that will bring more referrals, instead of one quick sale or turning them off so they leave feeling pressured.

People tend to be quick to walk away from a home networking business.  Approaching people with a hard sale either through warm or cold leads, can actually lead to no sign ups. The idea with network marketing is to promote yourself and build relationships.  The more information you can provide on your site that is useful to them without them having trying to get them to join, the more likely they will visit your site more often and eventually join of their own accord.

“How To” articles are the best content to add to your site.  People love reading “How To’s” and it will bring them back time and time again.  They will start to follow your articles and become permanent fixtures on your site.  Allowing comments to articles is a way to get people talking.  Always check your comments section to reply to comments to build a rapport with readers.

You are attempting to educate them about how network marketing can help them in the same way it did you.  They will have many questions as to how it all works, what they get out of it, how much work they will have to put into it and how much money they can make.  These are the most common concerns that most people have.  Other concerns may be that they believe they are not good at marketing.  They do not think they have enough friends or contacts.  If your articles can show them how to simply do it and be successful, you will have a believer.

Network marketing can be a lucrative business and the more followers you have on your site, the more likely you can build your down line with actual members who are making money for you.

Article Marketing With Carin: Week 3

For this weeks post I have recorded a short video of the results I’ve received so far using several mass submission techniques for my articles. I also wanted to share a blog post written by David Wood that shares the exact process I am using for my article marketing. I hope you get as much value from it as I have:

5 Free Article Marketing Tips To Dramatically Increase Your Results

Article marketing is one of the only strategies that has stood the test of time in the internet marketing universe.  In fact, not only is it still effective, because of new internet technologies and innovations in strategy, you can get more visitors, leads, and conversions than ever.

Article marketing works. It’s that simple.  How do I know that it works?  Simple.  I got 25,000 unique visitors to my brand new website in less than 8 weeks from the time I launched it using nothing but article promotion strategies.

In case you haven’t picked up on how significant that is, how much do you think Google would charge you to get 25,000 visitor through Pay Per Click advertising?  A LOT.  I get better sales conversions from article leads than I do from Pay Per Click, anyways, which is one of the reasons I like it.  (That way, I at least know my leads can read).

So because I want to keep this article short, sweet, and to the point, I’m simply going to give you a few quick tips to improve your article success, and send you on your merry way.

1.  Create one new article, blog post, or piece of content per day. Look, out of all of the things I’m going to mention here, this is the most important.  In a very short time, you will out rank almost all of your competition simply by creating more original content.  Unless you’ve got some paid assistance, I wouldn’t create much more than one article per day, because of the time that it would take, unless you write professionally.  However, make sure that you complete ONE new article a day.

2.  Create variations of the article and submit it to as many article directories as you possibly can. I take an extra 30 minutes per article and re-write all of the sentences 3 times.  Then I submit it using an advanced piece of article technology to more than 200 article directories.  Since each directory gets a unique article, and the content is high quality because I create the variations myself, I only get positive, raving reviews from all of the directories I submit to.  (You can read about the software that I use in Carin Davis Recommends.)

3.  Point all of the article variations back to your original article in your author resource box. That way if Google thinks that it’s just a bunch of duplicate content, (which it won’t, if you re-write the sentences), at least it will all point back to your original article, and your website will come up first in the search engines.  I’ve demonstrated that this works with more than 50 competitive, unique keyword phrases.  Try it.

4.  Create a short, 30 second video of yourself talking about how awesome your article is. Then, use one of the video promotion services out there to broadcast your video all over the internet.  Point the link in your video resource box back to your original piece of content.  I use Traffic Geyser for my video promotion.  However, if you want to do it a little slower you can use one of the free video promotion services out there.

5.  Bookmark your original piece of content, and your YouTube video using OnlyWire.com (the little button you see at the bottom of this post), which is a free social bookmarking service that will submit your original article to 25 or so social bookmarking sites, which gives everything you do additional links and exposure.

That’s it my friends!  If you do those five steps once per day, every day, you’ll beat out 99.9% of your competition in a couple of months.  Do it for 100 days and let me know what happens!
