Backpage.com Posting Software

If you’ve ever thought about or already posting ads to backpage.com you need to check out this posting software. If you haven’t heard of backpage.com, it’s a classified ad website very much like craigslist except with fewer restrictions and the ability to use automatic posting software. Posting on backpage with the ad poster will shave off many hours of submitting classifieds, where you would normally have had to submit each ad individually. Check out the video above and email me at davis.carin@gmail.com for more information. There will be a follow up video on how to get the urls for the software and I will be posting it on my youtube.com page.

EvenHerePoster-72dpiAfraid that living in a small town or not knowing a lot of people will keep you from being successful in your business? Don’t be. When I first started my own business I had just moved to a small town in Northern California where I didn’t know more than a handful of people, but I was determined to not let that slow me down or stop me from achieving the kind of success I deserve. The first thing I thought to myself was, ok I don’t know a lot of people here, so how do I meet new people to join my business?

For me the obvious answer was to turn to the internet. I definitely did not want to be handing out flyers in the grocery store parking lot or hounding my old friends and family anymore. The biggest benefit to growing a business online is there are millions of people on the internet looking to start a business and all I had to do was figure out a way to find them. With Facebook and Twitter becoming so popular I decided to try to use them as a platform to meet knew people and expand my business, maybe even learn a thing or two along the way.

And boy did I.

I quickly figured out I wasn’t the only one to come up with this brilliant idea, but saw nothing but person after person trying to push their business opportunity on to others. THIS DOESN’T WORK!!! That’s not how to get people to trust you. If you really want to grow a business you have to actually bring value to others. Ok, before I start going off on that tangent I’ll get back to the original topic of not knowing many people. :)

So I took this new found knowledge and went to the internet to do some research on how to actually get leads and meet more people the right way. If you’ve done any kind of research on network marketing or home based businesses then you know there are no shortages of business opportunities or “automated” systems to join. I’m the kind of person that likes to research everything before I buy so I knew I had a lot of work ahead of me. After hours and hours of researching countless websites and systems I kept coming across one particular marketing system and company that seemed to have its act together. The more research I did, the more I saw that the leaders in network marketing were all using the system as well.

I’ve always known that if you want to be successful in anything, look to the leaders of the industry to see what they are doing, then copy them and do what they do. I’m glad I was able to remember that mindset because it’s changed my life in more ways than one. Living in a small town doesn’t even come to mind now and it hasn’t hurt my business at all.

So for anyone that is concerned that they may not be able to start a business and grow it to the success that they’d like because they don’t know a lot of people put those fears away, with the internet and some great training the sky is the limit!

E-commerceMy favorite four letter word is FREE, so I’m always looking for ways to LOOK like I spent money, but in reality I haven’t paid one dime.  Online, this is quite easy if you know where to look.

Now what’s cool about these strategies is that they allow you to take one piece of information and recreate it in different formats, thereby giving you 7 times the effectiveness.  So, check out these 7 marketing strategies that you can use to punch out more content with less effort and at no cost.

  1. Turn your articles into Podcasts – get with Feed2Podcast, turn your content into a podcast and submit it to podcast directories like iTunes.
  2. Turn your articles into exe (executable files) – in this format it is now considered software allowing you to submit it to hundreds of software directories.  Download websitezip packer and it will turn any html page into a solid exe file with an integrated browser.  This technique alone will get you hundreds of visitors and subscribers to your content.
  3. Convert it to a powerpoint and post it to Slideshare.net – this site gets a ton of traffic and has a good ranking power.  People can click through to your website right from your presentation, so make sure you include a link that is highlighted to increase the click through rate.
  4. Use TubeMogul.com and blast out a video – TubeMogul.com gives you the power to post your content to 20 different popular video hosting sites (i.e. YouTube, Google Video, MetaCafe, etc.) with the click of a button.  You could even use the powerpoint from Slideshare.net and add audio and use that for a video  – how about that?!  Include actual text with the video to improve Google ranking for the video.
  5. RSS – Create a number of customized RSS feeds and submit them to the top RSS feed directories.  If your content is not on a site that has RSS, a service called Dapper can create an RSS from any site.  To get started post your content to sites like Squidoo,  Google Knol, HubPages, Blogger.com, Wordpress.com, Vox.com, Tumblr, Weebly, Terapad, WetPaint, PbWiki, Wikispaces, and WikiDot, to name a few.  Once you submit to these sites, grab the RSS and submit to all the different RSS directories.
  6. Turn your article into a PDF – You can post PDF versions of your articles to Scribd, eSnips, DocStoc, Calameo, Issuu, Yudu, FreeIQ, and ButterflyReports.com for increased exposure.
  7. Turn your content into a widget – a widget is an application that can be placed into web pages like Facebook, Myspace, etc.  Go to widgetbox.com to turn your content into a widget.  Then, you can post the widget to sites like Google Widget Directory, Yahoo Widgets, Friendster Widget Directory, and a host of other widget directories.

Now you know that massive exposure doesn’t have to cost you an arm and a leg.  All you need is just some great knowledge of how the “big boys” do it, right?

You’ll be amazed at the influx of visitors, subscribers, business partners and customers simply by applying ONE of these strategies.  Pick your favorite, or use all 7, and start to explode your business today.
